Sir SourDough Baking Co. is a small, passion-run bakery focused on the slow arts of wild fermentation and hearth baking. Every loaf starts with flour, water, salt, and a starter that's been fed every day since we began.
We bake in small batches so nothing sits. What comes out of our oven goes onto your table, usually within a few hours.
